If you are editing via mobile, use the CapCut app. It’s free and has a lot of similar features to professional editing software such as Premiere Pro. There are keyframes, transitions, cropping, etc. Here is a good tutorial for CapCut:
There is an option to import sounds from TikTok to CapCut, but sometimes it doesn’t work so we use this workaround:
Download a TikTok with the audio you want (OR screen record).
Then, import it into your project
Detach the audio and delete the video. This leaves me with just the audio from the TikTok so you can edit to the beats.
If you have any downtime during the wedding, we suggest editing some transition videos from earlier in the day. It’s good to get them done while they’re fresh in your mind, and the client gets excited when you show it to them while you’re still at their wedding!

Make sure that you include the Toast bumper to the end screen of the recap video. You can find it in the Dropbox folder.
You do not need to perform color correction to the videos unless there is an issue with exposure/white balance. If anything, make minor adjustments to exposure, WB, and tint so that the clips are mostly cohesive.
