What does the planning process for Content Creation look like?
- A day or two before the wedding, scroll through Instagram and TikTok for inspiration.
- Search using keywords like this:
- Wedding content creation
- Wedding transition
- Wedding TikTok
- Wedding recap
- When you find a video you like for inspiration, save it so you can refer to it later. You can organize your saved videos into collections, so you can keep them all in one place. We also suggest “saving” the audio of the videos you like so you can quickly access them for use.
- Have at least 5-6 ideas ready in your head, but don’t be discouraged if you only hit one or two of them on the day-of. Weddings often run behind schedule and is a day filled with rushing to the next event, so there isn’t always time to direct a TikTok.
- Specifically for transition TikToks, sometimes it's good to prep the timing of them beforehand. You can record the lengths of the clips you want, and then on the day of the wedding - you hit “replace” and film the actual clip you want, replacing the space holder.
